"The paintings in this series are the result of the Covid mandate to “just stay home”. I did. And so, the hydrangeas, hellebores, lupine and poppies growing in my yard received intense examination and appreciation. In a time of fear, uncertainty and volatility, nature offers comfort, reassurance and inspiration. Shelter from the storm."
